IS THIS THE NEW FACE OF THE SUN?

I came across came across this image on another forum today, I don't buy The Sun funnily enough. The article is also interesting, with young Britons from a multitude of ethnicities talking about racism. Is this a new Sun? I doubt it absolutely. Was it a good thing to do? I would say so.
